Building Learning Programs That Work
I'm an instructional design leader living in Omaha, Nebraska. Which, for the record, is a surprisingly great place to live. For over a decade I've helped organizations design learning experiences that are thoughtful, scalable, and genuinely useful to the people who need them.
I care about the craft: the systems, standards, and design decisions that make quality learning repeatable at scale. I also care deeply about the mission behind it. Whether I'm designing for teachers of multilingual learners, working adults, medical students, or professors navigating new technology, the question I keep coming back to is: does this actually help someone?
These days I'm also actively exploring how AI is changing the way we design and deliver learning, not as a replacement for good instructional thinking, but as a way to do more of it, better.
If any of that sounds interesting, take a look around. And if you've somehow ended up here by accident, you've already come this far. Might as well stay for a bit.
